1. Services Provided
Go Get Garcia LLC ("we," "our," or "us") offers a range of handyman services including, but not limited to, repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks for residential and commercial properties. The specifics of the services provided will be outlined in the individual service agreement or estimate provided to you.
2. Service Agreement
Estimates and Quotes: All estimates and quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work.
Scope of Work: The scope of work will be detailed in the service agreement or estimate. Any changes or additional work required beyond the initial agreement will be subject to additional charges.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments: We will schedule a time for the service based on mutual availability. You must provide reasonable access to your property and ensure that the area where work will be performed is clear and safe.
Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee and or forfeit of any deposits made.
4. Payment Terms
Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We accept ( Cash, Personal Check, Venmo, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Amex) Depending on your choice of payment, a convenience fee may be applied at check-out to cover any transaction cost typically associated with major card transactions.
Late Fees: Late payments may be subject to additional charges as specified in the invoice.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Access and Safety: You are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the work area is safe for our technicians. Any hazards or unsafe conditions should be disclosed prior to the commencement of work.
Permits: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the work to be performed.
6. Warranty and Limitations
Workmanship: We stand by the quality of our workmanship. If you identify any issues with our work, please notify us within 30 days of completion so we can address them.
Materials: Warranties for materials used will be provided by the manufacturers. We are not responsible for any defects or issues with materials beyond our control.
7. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Insurance: We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our services. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
8. Confidentiality
Privacy: We will keep all personal and property information confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, United States.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per the applicable laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to you.
